DELTA X CHEFS JON SHOOK AND VINNY DOTOLO PARTNERSHIP

Since 2017, Delta and Chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo have partnered to bring meals to Delta One® customers on flights departing from LAX to JFK, DCA, SYD and BOS, and numerous other domestic cities. As Delta revamped their food and beverage program to serve restaurant experience service 30,000 feet in the air, Shook and Dotolo built approachable menus around quality ingredients. All menu selections are freshly prepared in a dedicated facility in LA by their catering company, Carmelized Productions. They look forward to serving you in the sky!
